Sport has many benefits for the
body, especially to make our body more healthy. Sport is a series of gestures
on a regular basis and planned to sustain life and improve quality of life. As
well as eating, sports is a necessity that must be complete. Sports can not be
separated from the injury. The most common sports injuries was different. Start
from sprains and cramps. Most common sports injuries can be very dangerous if
not taken care of it.
The injury usually requires treat
immediately. There are several things that
cause injuries due to wrong sports
activities. This wrong activity is due to warm up, excessive fatigue,
especially in the muscles, and one of the sports movement. Sports injuries are
caused because of the pain exercise, which can lead to disability, injury, and
damage to the muscles or joints and other parts of the body.
The most common sports injuries
can be divided into 2 types:
• Traumatic Disruption such as
blister, bruises, fractures, abdominal trauma, chest trauma, injury to the
upper and lower limbs.
• Over use syndromes, which are
more specific such as tennis elbow, golfer's elbow swimer's shoulder, jumper's
knee, stress fracture in the leg and foot.
The most effective way to
overcome the injury is to understand some of the types of injuries and
recognize how our body responds to injury. In addition we also have to
understand our bodies, so as to know what to do to prevent injuries, how to
detect the injury from becoming worse, how to treat it, and when to consult a
doctor.
